ALUM ERIC SCHACHT is the new UNIVERSITY COUNSEL

Lawrence University is excited to announce that it has hired legendary tennis alum Eric Schacht to be its new University Counsel.

Schacht returns to LU having been GC at Wolfram Research for the past 16 years.

In addition to dominating the Midwest Athletic Conference, Schacht was also a Government major at LU and went on to get his JD at the University of Illinois.

Schacht is looking forward to working with President extraordinaire Laurie Carter as well as her incredibly talented Cabinet to ensure that future Lawrentians will strive and thrive at LU.

Asked how he intends to embark on his position, he replied simply "READY THE SHIP"!
